When we opened Best Remedy in December 2023 we did so with a mission: to be of good service to the community and bring better results through people who care. Since 2023 the healthcare landscape has changed drastically.

That's why in 2025 ahead of major changes we made a choice to lower the out of pocket cost for standard visits.

Many members of our community have seen rising premiums and co-pays hit three digit numbers. While we can't change the system we've always worked our best to provide thorough care to all of our patients while doubling down on providing that care at affordable rates.

Those in our community along the eastern shore have told us how much of a positive impact we've made in their lives and it has strengthened our resolve to continue to work to make the healthcare that they can rely on remain affordable. Often we've had to carry the brunt of explaining how insurance changes have impacted our patients, and how they can contact their insurance companies for more information. We understand healthcare can be burdensome to navigate on top of being costly. We strongly feel that no family or individual should have to struggle with the decision to seek healthcare over other financial needs.

We thank each patient that has visited us and continues to see us. We know you have options in this area and we hope that we can continue to do our part to serve our patients and local businesses to the best of our ability.
